General Information
Students who wish to participate in the internship course must enroll for the course Internship (IT082IU). Once their enrolment is successful, the school will assign a lecturer to act as an internship coordinator for the students. The internship coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the students and collaborating with their supervisors from the companies where they are interning to track the progress of their internships and evaluate their internship reports.
To apply for internships, students must submit both a resume and a recommendation letter from their school to prospective companies. You can obtain the recommendation letter from the school office located in room O1.610. Kindly request assistance from the school secretary.
Confirmation Report
Students are required to submit a confirmation report of their internship position via email to their internship coordinator within two weeks of commencing their internship course. The confirmation report should contain the following details:
- company information (name, address),
- supervisor information (name, position, phone, email),
- internship work description (position), and
- internship duration (start date – end date).
It is important to note that failing to submit the confirmation report on time will result in the termination of the internship course.
Report Submission

The internship report should include evidence of the results of their internship activities and achievements. It is mandatory to have the company’s stamp and the supervisor’s signature on the reports and forms for validation purposes. Please note that poor reports will fail the internship course.
Students who need an internship grade for graduation should submit their internship report, evaluation report and labour market feedback form to their coordinator earlier.

- Your internship report must include evidence of the activities and achievements you were involved in during your internship. Please note that poor-quality reports may result in a failing grade for the internship course.
- When writing the internship report, students must avoid plagiarism. The penalties for copying existing reports are severe.
- The internship positions must be related to IT or IT-related job. Any unrelated positions will not be accepted.
- Separate reports are required for students working on the same internship project, detailing their individual work and contribution.
- If your internship period exceeds the expected duration, you can reach out to the coordinator to discuss the situation and submit the required certified reports before the deadline.
